Gotta Love The Hills
Early this morning, I received an email from my mother. As I have recently been obsessed with this site, the email is republished here.
Subject: hills ?
what mean things did spencer do to lauren
just watched my 1st episode----love it!
This follows on my mother's discovery, earlier this year, of The City. That sparked this Skype-versation:
mom: i'm watching my first show on joost
me: charlie brown?
mom: the city
mom: loving it
me: haha
mom: great intellectual viewing
me: def
mom: i have to go.....have to concentrate on my viewing so i don't miss any of the nuances (blush)
mom: this show is ridic
mom: worst acting ever
mom: BUT i love it
mom: is jay's accent fake?
me: don't think so
mom: sounds like he's drunk or has a speech impediment so i thought he was fake accent
And then later, mom got philosophical:
Subject: 2 questions
erin, olivia, jay, etc----where do they get the $$$$ for those apartments and clothes?
would you rather have loyal friends or interesting friends?
