Testing, one, two
Maybe deep down, in a place I don’t talk about at parties, I might want to be a news anchor. The thought of doing an on-air interview might be appealing … but the thought of having to WATCH that video makes me a little sick to my stomach. But a couple of weeks ago I got my chance when we did some interviews for our Joost LIVE Test.
Last week we showcased these interviews as a part of the first Joost LIVE Test, and as Matt said, we learned a lot. I suffered through watching myself interview my Joost colleagues … and in what kind of shocked me, the interviews were a big hit.
Because that test was so useful for us AND because there was so much demand to see the interviews again, we’re going to have another Joost LIVE Test today.
Make sure to download the new client, (which we released last week JUST NOW), and tune in at the following time:
- 7 p.m. CET
- 6 p.m. GMT
- 2 p.m. EDT
- 11 a.m. PDT
Also, make sure to log into the Channel Chat (go to My Joost -> Widgets -> Channel Chat) so you can talk to people from around the world (and Joost employees) while you watch.
Updated: We've just released a new version of Joost - grab it here now before the test starts if you can. We've fixed a lot of the bugs that we found from the first Joost LIVE Test, so we'd like you to test this new version.

As I will be on the road around when it starts, but would love to see if a live session works flawlessly around here.,

The test will last about 2 hours, but after the first hour and a half, you might be looking at the Joost logo for a while...
Also - and I'll update the post in a minute, but there's a NEW version of Joost you should use for this test, if you have time.

Hi Hibby - it should work, we have a bunch of people in there chatting now.
Go to the My Joost area, click on the Widgets button (in the bottom left corner) and choose Channel Chat.

Good Luck with the big test today thats a whole lot of games you have going I hope the whole thing doesn't fall apart and we get to watch some Live Sport with channel chat and maybe some other interactive features .

Hi Mandy - check out our Joost LIVE Test with March Madness. It will be going on for the entire tournament - we're showing all the games live. It's a test, and we expect some things to go wrong, but would appreciate your help!
