Rockin' out
I spent last night at a Roadrunner Records party as Airbourne kicked off their first U.S. tour. For the uninitiated, Roadrunner is a hard rock and heavy metal label.
I was uninitiated. This was my first hard rock concert.
And it was awesome.
I’m hoarse from the screaming, my ears are still ringing and I think I gave myself a minor case of whiplash from all the head banging … and I was just in the audience. I'm genuinely curious to know if the band members can talk in normal voices or if they’re always screaming.
I also wanted to know when the next generation of hair bands would take over for the now -groomed Guns N' Roses and Bon Jovi – and now I've learned that they're already here.
