Colm is not a common name. At Joost, there are two. Just like elementary school, when we distinguished between two people with the same names by calling them "First Name First Initial of Last Name," we have a system at Joost for distinguishing between the two Colms. We call the older one "Big Colm" and the younger one "Baby Colm." Sometimes, we shorten it to "Baby." 

In addition to their names, both Colms are engineers/developers. They're also both really excited about the launch of our new developer blog. Check out http://blogs.joost.com/dev to find out what the Colms and some of the other developers are thinking and doing.

Or, if you want to meet some of them in person, and you're also interested in developing some Joost Widgets, come to one of our first Joost Developer Days. It's a bit of a widget workshop with some short presentations from the devleopers and hands-on widget development. For these workshops, you should probably have a basic understanding of HTML and Javascript.
